scrambled eggs with mushrooms

thanks to roger bernard

260 gr. canned mushrooms
1 tsp. olive oil
1 minced clove of garlic

put in dark cooking pot. put pot in a larger glass pot containing some water and heat all morning in a solar cooker.

then into the dark cooking pot add

4 eggs
1 cup of cream
1 cup chopped parsley

mix together, cover the pot (still in the hot water) for about 10 minutes, until the eggs are no more liquid.

(bernard adds that this can also be solar cooked just in the dark cooking pot, but the water bath makes it better and the pot is easier to clean.)
