using a solar box cooker as a "nocturnal" cooker

i found an interesting book that describes baking in a foil lined cardboard box; tried it the other night and made a nicely browned pan of cornbread. the attached image pretty much describes what the box oven consists of but rather than make a new box i just removed the lid/window from my solar box cooker, turned the box upside down and followed the book's directions.

since it uses charcoal briquettes it may not be acceptable to some solar users but thought i'd pass it along to you. my patio is in shadow until about march but this will increase my cooking season.
